January 23rd-27th is National Kindness Week!
Let’s get ready for the ROAR challenge! January 23rd-27th is National Kindness Week! Cubs, we need all of you to help us promote Kindness on our campus! On Monday, January 23rd during 5th period, you all will receive a checklist. We challenge you to complete as many items on your checklist as possible from Monday, January 23rd-Thursday, January 26th. You must turn in your checklists by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26th in order to be eligible for the drawing. Sixty names will be randomly drawn to earn a bag of popcorn for lunch on Friday! In addition, there also will be a drawing for free movie passes! Are you up to the challenge???

CodeRVA High School will be providing an informational session at Martin Luther King, Junior Middle School in the City of Richmond on January 18, 2017, from 6:30-7:30pm. Any interested student/family may attend. Attendance at these events is not required for applicants. Registration is not required.
CodeRVA Information Night Wednesday, January 18, 2017 Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School Auditorium 1000 Mosby Street, Richmond, VA 23223 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. NOTE: Visitors may park in the lot to the left of the middle school in front of the preschool. The event will be held in the auditorium. The most convenient entrance will be the one on the front right-hand side of the building as you walk toward the middle school from the parking lot. As a reminder, the CodeRVA student application system is now open! Please visit coderva.org/apply for eligibility and application information.
