Recipients will also receive college-readiness support while in high school and will participate in events at Virginia Union. The application window opens Nov. 1 and the deadline to apply is Dec. 17 at 11:59 p.m. Scholarship recipients will be announced in March 2022. For more information and to apply, go to www.henricoschools.us and look under “Hot Topics.” A virtual family information session will be held Oct. 27 from 7-8 p.m. to learn more and ask questions.
